What did you do? What did you notice? What else was changing?
That is all an observation needs to be. Two minutes. A few sentences. One moment of practice, recorded.
“Fresh urine orally, once daily, about six weeks. Skin irritation gradually reduced. Also stopped alcohol and changed diet during the same period.” — positive
“Tried drinking it three mornings. Nauseated each time. Stopped.” — stopped / adverse
“Daily practice for 18 years. Cannot isolate any single effect. Continue because it feels supportive.” — neutral
All three belong in the collective record. Positive, negative, neutral, mixed, discontinued — every observation matters.
A field notebook, added to over time. One account or many.
Each account is retold for the archive with light editing, then published, where it stays. A name appears only when one is given, and comes off the site on request.
For an experience with more depth than a short form holds, or for talking rather than typing: book a conversation.
Contributors are 18 or older. Details in an account can make a person recognizable to those who know them.
Every observation recorded is one that did not exist before.
